Our consulting engagement model
- Week 1–2: Discovery — workflow interviews, data audit, opportunity longlist.
- Week 3: Prioritisation — ROI sizing, feasibility scoring, risk surfacing.
- Week 4–6: Roadmap — sequenced plan, build / buy / partner decisions, costed.
- Week 6+: Pilot — first project moves into delivery with our team or yours.
What we don't do
We don't do generic AI strategy decks. We don't recommend “invest in a data lake first” if your data is fine. We don't recommend “hire a CDO” if you don't need one. The recommendation is whatever moves the closest dollar.
